Jenna Shanis

Jenna’s natural curiosity + desire for positive change, drive the company. With expertise in strategy, innovation, design, and usability, Jenna has worked with clients from Fortune 500 companies to non-profits, to design, evaluate and optimize brands, services, products, and experiences. 

Prior to founding Peel, Jenna worked for Motorola where she was responsible for both the Design Research and Human Factors for Motorola’s government and enterprise products. She has also worked for consultancies including Nelson Design, Bresslergroup, and Smart Design.

Jenna received her Bachelors of Science with Honors, in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University and a Masters of Science, in Ergonomics, with a minor in Business Administration, also from Cornell.
